Friday fanfare: “Baby Please Don’t Go”

Here’s the great Muddy Waters in 1981 at the Checkerboard Lounge playing “Baby Please Don’t Go.” Among those in the audience: the Rolling Stones (who named themselves after a Muddy Waters song), who then came up on stage to join him. It doesn’t get any better than Muddy Waters, Keith Richard, and Ronnie Wood exchanging guitar riffs…..
