KRAD COVID readings will continue in 2021 with Trek Tuesdays!

KRAD COVID readings will continue in 2021, but I’ll be cutting back to weekly, though the planned readings will continue through to October, as each week I’ll be celebrating Trek Tuesday with a reading from one of my Star Trek: Starfleet Corps of Engineers novelettes!

I wrote or co-wrote ten installments in the S.C.E. series between 2000 and 2006, and each month will feature me reading from a different one in parts, starting with Fatal Error in January, moving on to Cold Fusion (a crossover with the Deep Space Nine post-finale novels) in February, Invincible Books 1 and 2 (written with David Mack) in March and April, Here There Be Monsters (an epilogue to the Gateways novel crossover) in May, War Stories Books 1 and 2 (a flashback to what the crew was doing during the Dominion War) in June and July, Breakdowns in August, Security in September, and finally Many Splendors (part of the “What’s Past” event, chronicling Gomez and Duffy’s romance on the Enterprise-D) in October.

So look for part 1 of 4 of Fatal Error to go live on the Tube of You on the 5th of January!

  1. The Corps of Engineers series gets my vote as the most underrated Trek series, book or show. You guys did a phenomenal job fleshing out the crew while also telling interesting and varied stories. Doubly impressive to me is that you maintained a high level of quality while employing several writers who were still fairly green.

    Happy New Year!
