30 day song challenge day 12

Day 12 is supposed to be a song from your preteen years, and I’m going to go with a song from 1980, the year I turned 11: Paul Simon’s “Late in the Evening.” Though my fondest memory of this song was from a year later, when I was 12 — so still a preteen — hearing the song performed live by Simon & Garfunkel in Central Park at their famous 1981 concert.
